Site Plan Narrative:
220 Players Circle Lot 6 is a 46,059 sq. ft. site to be developed with fifty-two concrete parking spaces, one
dumpster enclosure that matches the building, new 5 ft. concrete sidewalks and complementary landscaping.
A single -story shell building that is approximately 10,699 square feet will be made up of four leasable spaces
for general commercial, office, and private medical office uses. The exterior architectural features of this
building will tie in existing elements of surrounding buildings with new unique architectural elements original
to the new building design. This will allow the building to both stand out and draw business in, but also look
congruent to other building in the Players Circle Addition area. All fagade design choices will be compatible
with the current Southlake Design Standards. All work will be done on lot 6 will be done in one construction
phase. The future finish out of each individual interior space will be done as the spaces are leases out and
required to go through their own individual permitting process by each tenant.
