Consider: ZBA20-0002, Variance to Zoning Ordinance No. 480, as amended, Section 34.2.e requiring accessory buildings to not exceed one story or 14' in height and Special Exception Use per Zoning Ordinance No. 480, as amended, Section 44.12(2) for the construction of accessory buildings or structures of a size or aggregate size greater than permitted on property described as Lot 13, Block 2, Coventry Manor Phase I, an addition to the City of Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas, and located at 924 Turnberry Ln., Southlake, Texas.
