a.m. and their willingness to talk with
their neighbor regarding any issues
prior to the City Council meeting.
The applicant stated during the meeting that the earliest start time is 5:30
a.m. The noted 5 a.m. schedule time is to give the trainer time to arrive at
the location and get set up. The applicant talked with the neighbor directly
following the public hearing and provided him additional assurance that
they will carefully monitor noise levels and also provided him with a direct
contact name and phone number for the trainer that conducts the 5:30
a.m. sessions at this location. According to the applicant, the neighbor
walked away from the discussion satisfied.
