SOUTHLAKE BLVD., SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS. PUBLIC HEARING 8. CONSIDER: ZA19-0025, ZONING CHANGE AND SITE PLAN FOR TIMBERLAKE OFFICE ON PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS TRACT 1, J.T. BAILEY SU RVEY, ABSTRACT NO. 97, CITY OF SOUTHLAKE, TARRANT COUNTY, TEXAS, AND LOCATED AT 803 W. SOUTHLAKE BLVD., SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS. CURRENT ZONING: “AG” AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT. PROPOSED ZONING: “S-P-1” DETAILED SITE PLAN DISTRICT. SPIN NEIGHBORHOOD #10. PUBLIC HEARING Planner, Lorrie Fletcher came forward to present Items 7 and 8. Staff opened for questions. No questions were asked. Property owner Rameesh Rabi, 1091 Lake Carillon Lane, Southlake, Texas, came forward to speak and answer questions. Applicants, Shea Kirkman with Kirkman Engineering, 5200 SH 121, Colleyville, Texas and Steve Barber with SR3 Properties, LLC, 1333 Corporate Drive, Suite 264, Irving, Texas, came forward to give a brief presentation and to answer questions. Acting Chairman opened the public hearing. No one came forward. Acting Chairman closed the public hearing. Commission continued to discuss their concerns with the applicants. Applicant, Jonathan Schindler, made a request to the Commission to table Items 7 and Planning & Zoning Commission Meeting Minutes – February 20, 2020 Page 4 of 4 8 until the next Planning and Zoning meeting held on March 19, 2020. A motion was made to table Item 7, CP20-0001 until the next Planning and Zoning meeting held on March 19, 2020 at the request of the applicant.
