We currently have over 1,000 camps in the DFW area alone, not to mention the camps we have in the rest of the state, as week as in North Caroline, Florida, Louisiana and Colorado. Our mission is to positively impact the physical fitness, and ultimately the lives, of as many people as possible. We do this in many ways, from hiring only certified personal trainers, to partnering with local companies in their Health &Wellness programs, to staffing an Obstacle Course at a local school fair. We reach out to potential members through Facebook posts and other social media outlets, and our current members do a great job spreading their testimonies and recruiting friends and family to join them at camp. To get started with our program, we ask that new members bring a mat, water, and a set of dumbbells (5-10 pounds for women and 12-15 pounds for men). We provide everything else!
