The name of the Corporation is SOUTHLAKE HISTORICAL SOCIETY, INC. II. The corporation is a non-profit corporation. The period of the Corporation's duration is perpetual. IV. The purpose of the corporation shall be to collect and preserve the history of Southlake, Texas and to educate the community on issues of historical significance and concern, and any other lawful purpose. This corporation is organized and operated exclusively for education and other non-profit purposes, and no part of any net earnings shall inure to the benefit of any private member. V. The street address of the initial registered office is 1725 E. Southlake Blvd., Southlake, Texas 76262 and the name of its initial registered agent at such address is Brad Bradley. The number of directors constituting the initial Board of Directors is three (3): JANICE SAUNDERS, 2960 Burney Lane, Southlake, TX; ELAINE BELL, 650 E. Dove, Southlake, TX; and, ALOHA PAYNE, 1213 Whispering Lane, Southlake, TX. They shall serve as Directors until the first annual meeting of Members or until successors are elected and qualified. VII. The names and addresses of the incorporators are Brad Bradley, 3205 E. SH 114, Southlake, TX; G Y FLEMMONS, 3205 E. SH 114, Southlake, TX; and RONNIE NORDLING, 320 SH 114, Southlake, TX, each is more than eighteen (18) years of age and is a citizen o the State of Texas.
