RE: Parkway Office Center Addition Variance Request
Dear Mr. Baker,
CIVIL ENGINEERING
On behalf of the property owners of Lot 3, Block 1, Parkway Office Center
Addition, I respectfully request variance to the Subdivision Ordinance No. 483,
Section 4.01 (1) Plat Expiration, as amended, and request that the validity of
Case No. ZA18-0052, Plat Revision for Lot 3R1 and 3R2, Block 1 Parkway Office
Center Addition, be extended for an additional 12 months from the date of
expiration of the plat from January 15, 2020 to January 15, 2021.
The project has been delayed and construction has not been initiated yet. The
Plat Revision should be filed within the next 6 months.
