February 24, 2020 Mr. Ken Baker, Director Planning and Development Services City of Southlake 1400 Main Street, Suite 310 Southlake, Texas 76092 RE: Parkway Office Center Addition Variance Request Dear Mr. Baker, CIVIL ENGINEERING On behalf of the property owners of Lot 3, Block 1, Parkway Office Center Addition, I respectfully request variance to the Subdivision Ordinance No. 483, Section 4.01 (1) Plat Expiration, as amended, and request that the validity of Case No. ZA18-0052, Plat Revision for Lot 3R1 and 3R2, Block 1 Parkway Office Center Addition, be extended for an additional 12 months from the date of expiration of the plat from January 15, 2020 to January 15, 2021.
