subject matter of this Zoning Board of Adjustment meeting, the issues or matters will be discussed

located at 3204 Johnson Rd., Southlake, Texas. Current Zoning: "SF-1B" Single Family

construction of accessory buildings or structures of a size or aggregate size greater than
permitted on property described as Lot 13, Block 2, Coventry Manor Phase I, an addition to the
City of Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas, and located at 924 Turnberry Ln., Southlake, Texas.
Current Zoning: "R-PUD" Residential Planned Unit Development District. PUBLIC HEARING
