REGULAR SESSION
1. CALL TO ORDER
Southlake Arts Council Vice Chair Jesika Cook called the meeting to order at
6:11 p.m.
2. PUBLIC FORUM
Vice Chair Jesika Cook opened the Public Forum at 6:11 p.m. There being no
one present to address the Arts Council, the Public Forum was closed at 6:12
p.m.
3. CONSIDER AGENDA
3A. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES FROM THE NOVEMBER 26, 2019
SOUTHLAKE ARTS COUNCIL MEETING

A motion was made to approve the minutes of the November 26, 2019 Southlake
Arts Council meeting with one correction.

DISCUSSION
4A. PUBLIC ART UPDATE
Community Relations Manager Vicky Schiber presented a staff report and
answered questions. Direction to staff included:
• A calendar of public art installations
4B. APEX REPORT
Community Relations Manager Vicky Schiber presented an APEX performance
update. The Fort Worth Opera is set to be rescheduled. A new date has not yet
been determined.
4C. BOB JONES TRIBUTE
Community Relations Manager Vicky Schiber presented a discussion for the Bob
Jones Nature Center and Preserve tribute. Direction to staff included:
• A call to artist discussion
4D. OFFICER DUTIES AND RESPOSIBILITIES
Community Relations Manager Vicky Schiber presented an overview of the
Southlake Arts Council duties and responsibilities.
