FORUM SUMMARY: Property Situation: The property is located at 880 & 900 Davis Blvd. Development Details: The applicant is proposing a zoning change for a mixed-use redevelopment of the property into office showroom and exotic/luxury auto storage (referred to as The WheelHouse). There is an existing house and metal buildings located along the north side of the property which will be renovated for the project. There are five (5) proposed new buildings: • Building 1 — 2,563 SF • Building 2 — 16,898 SF (1 story — Office Showroom) • Building 3 — 20,124 SF (1 story — Garages) • Building 4 — 16,767 SF (1 story — Garages) • Building 5 — 10,738 SF (1 story — Garages) Siena subdivision is located to the east of the proposed development. Answer: The light blue is the floodplain; the purple is the floodway. You cannot reclaim or develop within the purple, but you can reclaim the floodplain (light blue) and we are barely touching the floodplain with our plan. Comment: Our neighborhood is happy that you included us in this discussion before you began the process. We are excited about the development. Question: With the private ownership, will there be hours of operation or restrictions on when individuals can come in and use the facility? Answer: We have not gotten that far into it yet, but there will be an owner's association that will set all the rules and regulations. The development will have managed entry and security cameras.
