Chairman Kubiak addressed to the applicant that City staff received an application as to table Items 9 and 10 on the agenda. Chairman Kubiak confirmed that staff received that application and was wanting to confirm if that was still a request of the applicant or did he want to move forward with the proposal. Applicant, Frank Bliss with Cooper and Stebbins, L.P., 1256 Main Street, Suite 240, Southlake, Texas, came forward to confirm that a letter was submitted to staff to table Items 9 and 10, but applicant has decided to proceed and get feedback from the public and Commission. Also, noting the request to table could still be an option due to the feedback given. Principal Planner, Richard Schell came forward to present Items 9 and 10. Transportation Manager, Stephanie Taylor came forward to present existing traffic conditions on Carroll Avenue and Federal Way. Staff opened for questions.
