Our Plan
• Relieves trash & mailbox congestion for all of us
• Designed in coordination with Mr. Bailey and City of Southlake
• Also relieves drainage issues for Mr. Bailey
• Provides 50' turnaround dedicated for public use on lot 3R3R1
• Adds additional fire department approved hammerhead turnaround
dedicated for public use on the vacant property lot 3R3R2
• Grants 15' sanitary sewer easement for the use of Howard & Sapkota
• Relieves chronic water pipe break issues for Ms. Howard
• Addresses Planning & Zoning Commission's concerns regarding a
panhandle lot.
• Given the one -acre size of other lots on our drive, it's reasonable to expect
that our lots would also be planned to be one -acre.
