Without specific regulations written, this sign type requires variance approval. Attached building signs for the north, west and east elevations –illumination Signs A, B1 & B2 Blue face lit letters with white LED halo illumination Face lit letters are required to be white, ivory, black, grey, beige or similar neutral color. Attached building signs for the north and west elevations –placement Signs B1 & B2 The two proposed signs are approximately 25.6 feet in width. In order to meet the middle 75%, the signs cannot exceed 21.75 feet in width. Attached building signs are required to be placed within the middle 75% of the single plane façade. Monument Signs Signs F1 –F6 There are three (3) existing monument signs for the development. The applicant is proposing illuminated attached channel letters (to match the building) on each side of all three (3) signs. The proposed signs do not fit monument sign tenant panel criteria. Without specific regulations written, the proposed signs require variance approval.
