Item 9 and 10 - Trip Generation Letter ARIZONA TEXAS NEW MEXICO OKLAHOMA LCC', CnanCC�InC November 26, 2019 Mr. Chris Paulus Cooper and Company 1256 Main Street, Suite 240 Southlake, TX 76092 Re: Traffic Engineering Services—Proposed Development for Block 11 in Southlake, Texas Dear Mr. Paulus: The number of trips generated by a development is a function of the type and quantity of the land use within the development.The number of vehicle trips generated by a proposed development can be estimated based on the trip generation rates and equations provided in the publication entitled Trip Generation Manual, Tenth Edition, by the Institute of Transportation Engineers(ITE). Estimates of the number of trips generated by the development alternatives were made for typical weekdays and AM and PM peak hours.
