NOTES:1.THIS DEVELOPMENT WILL DISCHARGE DIRECTLY INTO A FEMA REGULATED FLOODPLAIN (STREAM BB-9). THE TOTALAFFECTED AREA IS APPROXIMATELY 7.0 ACRES. THE UPSTREAM WATERSHED OF BB-9 IS APPROXIMATELY 902ACRES (1.41 SQUARE MILES). THIS SITE REPRESENTS APPROXIMATELY 0.78% OF THE UPSTREAM WATERSHED OFBB-9 WHICH IS MUCH LESS THAN THE 10 PERCENT THRESHOLD OF THE "10 PERCENT RULE" AS DEFINED BYNCTCOG'S iSWM.
