Presale Introduction
Purpose: Introduce prospective members to our brand over a 4.5-5 month period before
we open a new location. Also acts as our training and engagement office to interview and
hire approx. 300 club team members (pending club needs).
Who operates the presale: It’s the same team that will move in the club upon grand
opening. Includes 1 GM, 8-10 Department Managers, 7-9 Account Sales Managers and 1
PT Manager. Appointments can occur throughout the day from 8am-8pm. Walk-ins are
welcome, but most traffic comes from our online waitlist. An average of 10 appointments
per day.
What does it look like: Interior of space (exterior when possible) is finished with the
same high quality materials we use in the clubs – made to mimic the specific club (carpet
tile, ceramic tile, paint, furnishings, etc.).
Location: Onsite (a triple-wide trailer unit on the actual construction site of the club) or
Offsite (existing office or retail space in neighboring area)
