The Ding King Training Institute is working with the Property Owner at 1603 Hart Street on a 5-year lease with 5-year Renewal Options contingent upon Specific Use Permit approval. The Ding King Training Institute was founded in 1992 in Costa Mesa California. In the past decade we have intensified our effort to train Veterans and Service Members.With 8 campuses nationwide, Southlake will be our largest. We expect to have 5 -30 students per class (each lasting 6-8 weeks) within, the first year of opening. The classes are Monday thru Friday from 8 am to 5 pm and 8am to noon on the occasional Saturday. Having graduated several thousand students, we’ve listened to what they say and extended the Training to up to 8 weeks. The previous 5 week plan was the technical training; we now include Business Management and start up, for their new enterprise. Our Turn-key program provides all accounting, as well as incorporation, marketing, administration, point of sale and banking for our new entrepreneurs. In addition, we offer the opportunity to work with our Hail Squad after major weather episodes nation-wide. The success of our students is the basis of our continued growth. As such Ding King Training Institute provides Continued Education Units (CEU). In addition to a help line for each graduate, should they stumble on a “head scratcher”.
