As agent for the Applicant, Retail Properties of America, Inc. (RPAI), we hereby submit
the enclosed Site Plan Application for Lot 4R, Block 5R, Southlake Town Square Addition,
located at the southwest corner of Central Avenue and Main Street in Southlake Town Square.
RPAI proposes to develop a 4,000 square foot commercial retail building for single tenant use
(mobile telecommunications vendor) at this location. RPAI is not proposing any variances to the
Section 40 Development Plans and Site Plans of the City of Southlake Code of Ordinances.
Please direct all communications and comments regarding the Applicant's Site Plan
Application to my attention as agent for the Applicant.
