May or may not go septic- prefer to have sanitary sewer to Randol Mill south and east 2. Tremendous amount of water flows north- water concerns with amount of water. - Drainage flows north and handles to detention pond in Quail Hollow 3. Maranatha St. improvements- - TXDOT has not acquired any of the right of way - Westlake has acquired it via a permanent right of way. - Trying to work with Westlake and TXDOT to obtain access 4. Lot sizes - on average 1 acre per lot - close to 40,000 sf 5. Will there be another public meeting? - Yes, SPIN meeting again, Corridor Planning Committee, Planning & Zoning and City Council 6. Concern with drainage and flooding in the area and across lots 7. Is this the same owner that came before the SPIN meeting a year ago? Yes. 8.
