REGULAR AGENDA
1. Call to order. Meeting called to order at 6:00 p.m. by Sherry Berman, Chair.
2. Approve December 2, 2019 CEC meeting minutes. Vandana made a motion
approve the minutes noting to change the Vice Chair from Ben Siebach to Rashmi
Singh. Ben provided a second. Approved (4-0).

that staff will be working with Republic to see about their attendance at the
forum.
6. Discuss community interest topics. Not discussed.
7. Discuss future agenda items. Lauren noted that the recycling forum will be on
the next agenda, and possibly discussing emergency preparedness month
communication. Lauren also noted that the Citizen Survey will be discussed.
8. Adjournment. Sherry closed the meeting at 7:00 PM.
