Thai on this date came on to be heard and considered the decision of the Special
Commissioners filed on the 29'" day of June, 1998, in the above-entitled and number cause, which
is a condemnation proceeding in which the City of Southlake, Texas is Plaintiff and Alejandro
Torres and Anita Torres are Defendants.
It appears to the Court, and it is so found, that said decision has been filed with the Clerk of
this Court and that no objections to said decision were filed within the time required by law.
It is, therefore, ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED by the Court as follows:
That the decision of the Special Commissioners be, cad the same is hereby, made the
judgruent of this Court.
That the Clerk of this Court record the decision of the Special Commissioners in the minutes
of this Court. '~
That by virtue of said decision of the Special Commissioners, the City of Southlake, Texas
is entitled to condemn and does hereby have jud~ent against the above-named Defendants for the
acquisition of 8,504 square feet of property located in Denton County more specifically described
in Volume 395, Page 587 of the Denton County Deed Records, also described as follows:
Lot 27, Block 15, West Beach Addition, an addition to Denton County, according to
the Plat thereof recorded in Volume 395, Page 587, of the Map Records of Denton

That fee simple title to the said hd'etofore-descr-bed land is hereby decreed co and vested in
Plainti$ City of Southlake, Texas.
;t further appears that the City of Southlalce has deposited in this Court the amount of
damages awarded bythe Special Commissioners to the Defendants and all costs ofthese proceedings,
and it is therefore ordered that a Writ of Possession issue on behalf of the City of Southlake.
