opposition.
Gene Haggerty, 1200 Taylor Street, Southlake, Texas, came forward to speak to
address his concerns.

Commission continued to discuss all concerns with the applicant.
A motion was made to approve Item 7, ZA19-0079 subject to the Staff Report dated
January 23, 2020 and granting the following variances requested therein;
• Granting the variance request #1 with the stipulation that funds for the sidewalk
will put in escrow,
• Granting variances 2-5,
• Granting variance #6 with the stipulation that it is only granted for the current
zoning and that it is limited to the Site Plan as presented with the principal use
being a place of worship,
• Granting variance #7,
• Granting variance #8,
• And including a stipulation that what is marked as exit #4 on the presentation
