ADJOURNMENT REGULAR SESSION: 1. CALL TO ORDER Chairman Kubiak called the meeting to order at 6:34 P.M. 2. EXECUTIVE SESSION: No executive session was held. 3. CONSIDER: APPROVAL OF THE OCTOBER 17, 2019 PLANNING AND ZONING MEETING. A motion was made to approve the October 17, 2019 Planning and Zoning meeting minutes. Deputy Director of Planning and Development Services, Dennis Killough announced that the City of Southlake website has new updates regarding Town Square Residential Development. 5. CHAIRMAN COMMENTS. Chairman Kubiak opened and closed the public hearing. No one came forward to speak. A motion was made to approve Item 6, ZA19 -0065 subject to the Staff Report dated November 1, 2019 and Plat Review Summary No. 1 dated November 1, 2019. CONSIDER: ZONING CHANGE AND CONCEPT PLAN FOR CHAPEL CROSSING ON PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS LOT 1R, BLOCK A, RAVENAUX VILLAGE, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF SOUTHLAKE, TARRANT COUNTY, TEXAS AND LOCATED AT 101 W. REQUESTED ZONING: “S-P-2” GENERALIZED SITE PLAN DISTRICT. SPIN NEIGHBORHOOD #5. PUBLIC HEARING Principal Planner, Richard Schell came forward to present Item 7, ZA19 -0064. Richard Schell opened for questions. Questions were discussed. Applicant, Curtis Young with Sage Group, came forward to give a brief presenta tion of Item 7, Zoning Change and Concept Plan for Chapel Crossing. Applicant opened for questions. Questions were discussed. Chairman Kubiak opened and closed the public hearing. Stephen Armstrong, 250 Countryside Court, Southlake, Texas, came forward to speak in support. A motion was made to approve Item 7, ZA19 -0064 subject to the Staff Report dated November 7, 2019, granting the variances requested therein, and the Revised Concept Plan Review Summary No. 2, dated November 7, 2019; and noting the applicant’s willingness to bring some considerations of additional landscape components to the City Council; and also tying down in some form or fashion, the percentage particulars of the existing masonry under the current building and how that might interplay and tie in with the proposed new building.
