FORUM SUMMARY:
Property Situation:
The project is generally located south of W. S.H. 114 and west of N. White Chapel Blvd. adjacent
to Countryside Bible Church.
Development Details:
The applicant is requesting to amend the existing “S-P-2” zoning to allow a separate 3-story office
building of approximately 22,000 square feet located on the northwest portion of the site in a
separate lot instead of the previously approved 23,000 square foot expansion.
The following are some of the main slides that were presented and discussed:
Questions and Concerns:
• This property is on the 114 Corridor, are the trees shown what is required?
o Yes, the trees were planted per approved plan.
• Would like to see more corridor trees…
• I like the stone look; will the new building be the same?
o Yes, a consistent look is the intent.
• There are vacant offices currently; do you have tenants?
o We are getting the concept approved for now. Construction time is
currently unknown. Future development will have to meet conditions of
approval.
