Members Absent: Vice Chair David Treichler, Michael Quinones- Place 1, Sabreena Hakemy- Place 3, Brett Nickel- Place 4. Staff Present: Dennis Killough, Deputy Director of Planning & Development Services, Richard Schell, Principal Planner, Miranda Picklesimer, Board. WORK SESSION 1. Call to Order: Acting Chair Kemins called the Work Session to order at 6:17 P.M. (Chair Medici arrived at 6:19 P.M.). 2. Executive Session: No Executive Session was held. 3. Discussion of recently enacted legislation. 4. Adjournment: Chairman Medici adjourned the Work Session at 6:39 P.M. REGULAR SESSION: Immediately following the Work Session 1. Call to Order: Chair Medici called the Regular Session to order at 6:44 P.M. 2. Executive Session: No Executive Session was held. 3. Approval of the Minutes: Chair Medici opened the discussion of the minutes of the Zoning Board of Adjustment meeting held on August 29, 2019. A motion was made to approve the minutes of the Zoning Board of Adjustment meeting held on August 29, 2019. Motion: Kemins Second: Reynolds Ayes: Medici, Shah, Kemins, King and Reynolds. Nays: None Abstain: None Vote: 5-0-0 Motion: Approved Zoning Board of Adjustment Meeting Minutes—September 26, 2019 Page 1 of 2 4. Administrative Comments: Richard Schell, Principal Planner, announced that there were three application submittals for the October 10, 2019 meeting and one submittal for the October 24, 2019 meeting. 5. Consider: ZBA19-0009, Variance to "S-P-2" Generalized Site Plan District Zoning Ordinance No. 480-220A, which requires a 45' maximum building height, on property described as Tract 1F, James J. West Survey, Abstract No. 1620, Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas and located at 550 W. S.H. 114, Southlake, Texas. Current Zoning: "S-P-2" — Generalized Site Plan District. The applicant has formally requested to withdraw this item. Planner Schell announced that the applicant has formally requested to withdraw case ZBA19- 0009. The case was tabled at the August 29, 2019 meeting and the public hearing was continued to the September 26, 2019 meeting. Chair Medici asked if there were those in the audience who wished to speak on the request. There being none, Chair Medici closed the public hearing and opened the item for discussion from the Board. A motion was made to accept the applicant's request to withdraw case ZBA19-0009. Motion: Kemins Second: Shah Ayes: Medici, Shah, Kemins, King, and Reynolds Nays: None Abstain: None Vote: 5-0-0 Motion: Approved request to withdraw 6.
