1. Call to Order.
2. Executive Session: If a need arises to seek the advice from the City Attorney as to the posted
subject matter of this Zoning Board of Adjustment meeting, the issues or matters will be discussed
in executive session.

meeting.

44.12(1) for a domestic employee or family quarters on property described as Lot B, Block 1,
Old Orchard Country Estates, an addition to the City of Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas, and
located at 1950 Shady Oaks Dr., Southlake, Texas. Current Zoning: "SF -1A" Single Family
Residential District. PUBLIC HEARING
6. Consider: ZBA19-0015, Variance to Ord. No. 480, as amended, Section 11.5.c requiring a
side yard of not less than 20', on property described as Lot 3, Block 1, Clariden Ranch Phase
III, an addition to the City of Southlake, Denton County, Texas, and located at 312 Clariden
Ranch Rd., Southlake, Texas. Current Zoning: "SF -1A" Single Family Residential District.

7. Consider: ZBA19-0016, Variance to Ord. No. 480, as amended, Section 39.1 requiring
fences, walls and hedges along the edge of any yard to not exceed 8' in height on property
described as Lots 3, 4 and 5, Block 1, Stratfort Parc, an addition to the City of Southlake, Tarrant
County, Texas, and located at 108, 112 and 116 Londonberry Terrace, Southlake, Texas.

8. Consider: ZBA19-0017, Variance to Ord. No. 480, as amended, Section 35, Off -Street
Parking Requirements on property described as Lot 3, Block 1, Morrison Office Park, an
addition to the City of Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas, and located at 320 Morrison Park Dr.,
Southlake, Texas. Current Zoning: "S -P-2" Generalized Site Plan District. PUBLIC HEARING
9. Consider: ZBA19-0018, Variance to Ord. No. 480, as amended, Section 34.2.e requiring
accessory buildings to not exceed 14' feet in height on property described as Lot 24, Block
1, Shady Oaks Phase III, an addition to the City of Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas, and
located at 1013 Lexington Terrace, Southlake, Texas. Current Zoning: "SF -20A" Single Family
