Chairman Kubiak called the meeting to order at 6:30 P.M.
2. EXECUTIVE SESSION:
No executive session was held.
3. CONSIDER: APPROVAL OF THE OCTOBER 3, 2019 PLANNING AND ZONING
MEETING.
A motion was made to approve the October 3, 2019 Planning and Zoning meeting
minutes.

Dennis Killough announced that there will be a Meet the Mayor event on November 07,
2019 located at Club Pilates – 480 West Southlake Boulevard, Southlake, Texas, from
5:30 P.M. to 7:00 P.M.; Dennis Killough also announced that there will be a 2035
Corridor Planning Committee Meeting on October 29, 2019 located in To wn Hall,
Executive Conference Room, from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M.
