Chairman Kubiak called the meeting to order at 6:50 P.M.
2. EXECUTIVE SESSION:
No executive session was held.
3. CONSIDER: APPROVAL OF THE AUGUST 22, 2019 PLANNING AND ZONING
MEETING.
A motion was made to approve the August 22, 2019 Planning and Zoning meeting
minutes.

4. CONSIDER: ADMINISTRATIVE COMMENTS.
Deputy Director, Dennis Killough, announced that there will be a Corridor Planning
Committee meeting held on September 12, 2019 at 5:00 P.M., located at 600 State
Street, Southlake, Texas; he also announced there will be a Meet the Mayor event held
on September 10, 2019 from 5:30 P.M. to 7:00 P.M., located at Wildwood Grill, 2700
East Southlake Boulevard.

Chairman Kubiak announced that the applicant requested for a 30-Day Plat Revision
Extension.
Chairman Kubiak opened and closed the public hearing - Kim Heitman, 475 East Dove
Road, Southlake, Texas, came forward to speak in opposition.
A motion was made approve the applicant’s r equest for an extension for a period not to
exceed 30 days in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 212 of the T exas Local

Government Code for Item 6, on the agenda, City Case No. ZA19-0027, Plat Revision
for Lots 3R3R1 and 3R3R2, Block 1, Steward Addition on property described as Lot

Texas, and located at 551 East Dove Road., (addressed as 551 and 561 East Dove

LOCATED AT 301 BYRON NELSON PARKWAY, SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS. CURRENT
ZONING: “R-PUD” RESIDENTIAL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT. SPIN
NEIGHBORHOOD #9. PUBLIC HEARING
Planner, Lorrie Fletcher came forward to present Item 7, ZA19-0043.
Applicant’s, Jamie Gaugler with Hart Gaugler & Associates, 12801 North Central
Expressway, Dallas, Texas; and Matt Miller, Superintendent with Carroll ISD, 2400
North Carroll Avenue, Southlake, Texas, came forward to present Item 7, and answer
questions.
Chairman Kubiak opened and closed the public hearing. No one came forward to
speak.
Commissioner Springer recommended that the applicant consider re -locating some of
the trees that were proposed to be removed.
A motion was made to approve Item 7, ZA19 -0043 subject the Staff Report dated
September 5, 2019, and Revised Site Plan Review Summary No. 2, dated September
5, 2019; granting the requested variances as presented.
