Glendover (Lot 1, Block 20) - Access Easement : - j ! , OFFtCIAL REGan ~ CITY OF SOUTH LAKE ACCESS EASEMENT PERMANENT AND TEMPORARY KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: STATE OF TEXAS COUNTY OF TARRANT That Timarron Land Corporation ("Grantor") for and in consideration of the sum of Ten ($10) Dollars and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid by Grantee herein, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged and confessed, have granted, sold and conveyed, and by these presents do grant, sell and convey to the CITY OF SOUTH LAKE, and TRINITY RIVER AUTHORITY OF TEXAS, Grantees herein, of Tarrant County, Texas, a perpetual easement for the purpose of allowing reasonable access to, through, over, and across that land in Tarrant County, Texas, described as follows, to wit: 15' Access Easement See attached Exhibit "A" for metes and bounds description. The purpose of this easement is to provide pedestrian and vehicular ingress and egress from the nearest current public road, Continental Boulevard, to what is known as the S-6 Metering Manhole site.
