The building at 925 Southlake Blvd. is under new ownership. When the original Master sign
plan established the Owner, they were not aware that they would need to go Council to obtain
approval for signage.
The new owner (Welltower) understands that they need to request signage locations at this
time for all future signage.
We are asking to Amend the Master Sign Plan to include a few new locations on the building for
future tenants to be provided an offer to have their lo go on the building, if Welltower chooses.
At this particular time, Prism is one of those tenants who has requested a logo on the North
elevation facing Southlake Blvd on the 2nd level; in addition, the applicant is also proposing 2
signs on the 1st level.
The amendment includes 2 additional signs on the East elevation (2nd level).
All 1st level signs will be light in color and all 2nd level signs will be brown in color.
All proposed additional signs shall meet Sign Ordinance No. 704, as amended, criteria regarding
maximum letter/logo height and total sign area.
All attached building signs will be halo lit.
