request is to make

site located in the
northeast corner of the
park to include concrete
driveway from White

structure for

Zoning Ordinance No.480,as amended,Section 45.15,
Specific Requirements for Accessory Structures (a)-
Accessory buildings shall be required a permanent
foundation and shall be located no closer than ten feet (10’)
to a property line located in the rear yard.A variance is
requested to allow the proposed accessory building to be
constructed without a permanent foundation.
Zoning Ordinance No.480,as amended,Section 45.15,
Specific Requirements for Accessory Structures (g)–All
accessory structures requiring a Specific Use Permit shall
meet the requirements set forth in Masonry Ordinance No.
557-A,as amended.A variance is requested to allow the
proposed accessory building to be constructed of a non-
masonry material.
