FORUM SUMMARY:
Property Situation: The property is located at 803 W. Southlake Blvd. just west of the
intersection of Timberlake Drive and W. Southlake Blvd.
Details: The applicant is proposing to develop an approximately 10,000 square foot single story
office building on approximately .86 acres. There will be 38 parking spaces, landscaping, and
property will have the driveway access from W. Southlake Blvd.
The applicant has met with City staff, presented to the Corridor Planning Committee, met with
the Timberlake HOA, presented at the SPIN meeting. The next step is to submit an application
to the City for the Planning and Zoning Commission and City Council meetings.

1. Have you procured tenants for the building? Applicant will occupy 40% of the
building and lease the remaining space.
