Details: Specific Use Permit related to I-1 for Commercial School- Fitness using a 7,711 sf
lease space in a multi-tenant building. No variances requested. Similar uses within the 3
building complex. Person and group fitness training classes.
3 buildings with cross access and shared parking located at 525, 535 and 545 S.
Nolen
156 parking spaces are required for the 3 building uses and 189 parking spaces
are provided front, side and rear of the buildings
Lease is for 5-years with the option for 5-year renewal
15 students max. for the classes.
