FORUM SUMMARY:
Property Situation: 413 and 415 Bank Street
Details: Proposed development of approximately 180,000 square feet of warehouse on 12
acres of land located at 413/451 Bank Street. The development will cater to small tenants that
service the Southlake market and surrounding cities. The property is zoned "L-1" Light Industrial
District.
Access via Bank Street to the property
Own additional property to the west at Commerce Street
Proposing driveway connection through adjacent property to Commerce Street
Proposing 3 new tilt wall buildings
245 parking spaces
Up to 14% office space
28 ft. Clearance on the inside of the proposed buildings
