FORUM SUMMARY: Property Situation: 305 Morrison Park Details: Proposed site plan for Lot 7, Morrison Office Park for a new 9,784 medical/office building. Final lot to be developed.  Proposed building will be a Retina Center of Texas medical suite and 2,900 sq. ft. general office space  Lot 7 was originally proposed as a 10,500 sq. ft. building with office and warehouse uses  Current proposed building is a 9,800 sq. ft. two story building for a total of 10, 596 sq. ft.  Required parking is 61 spaces, additional parking added to lot for use  Tree preservation plan  Bufferyard and landscape plan  Building elevations are similar to the existing buildings and include the same building materials and character.
