FORUM SUMMARY: Property Situation: An applicant is proposing the extension of the parking area, and addition of seating and restrooms for Shuck Me located at 585 Randol Mill Ave. Development Details:  Expand existing dining area to include warehouse storage unit to create more seating for customers o Expansion will include a new bar area, booths along the back wall, additional bathroom, additional walk in freezer and an emergency exit door  Extend parking lot east by 90ft to include more parking spaces o No additional lighting for parking expansion  To combat drainage issues, developers want to raise extended parking to allow rainwater to drain into existing storm drains on the west side of the property Presentation: Questions and Concerns: 1. Do you have a photometric plan to address if there is enough illumination on the extended parking lot? A: The photometric plan is currently being prepared. 2. Have you checked into needing a variance for impervious coverage?
