Property Situation:
The property is located at 171, 185, 201 & 260 W. Southlake Blvd.
Development Details:
The applicant is proposing a zoning change to revise the allowable uses to include “Barber and
Beauty Shops” at Southlake Commons. Southlake Commons is currently under construction with
10 separate buildings. The subject property is Building 2 (5,995 sf ft). Applicant is requesting to
put salon suites use in this building; however, the use is not allowed under the current zoning.
The site plan for Southlake Commons will not be changed and building elevations and exterior
building materials will not be changed.
