NOTES:1.THIS DEVELOPMENT WILL DISCHARGE DIRECTLY INTO A FEMA REGULATED FLOODPLAIN (STREAM BB-9).THE TOTAL AFFECTED AREA IS APPROXIMATELY 7.0 ACRES. THE UPSTREAM WATERSHED OF BB-9 ISAPPROXIMATELY 902 ACRES (1.41 SQUARE MILES). THIS SITE REPRESENTS APPROXIMATELY 0.78% OF THEUPSTREAM WATERSHED OF BB-9 WHICH IS MUCH LESS THAN THE 10 PERCENT THRESHOLD OF THE "10PERCENT RULE" AS DEFINED BY NCTCOG'S iSWM. THEREFORE IT IS DETERMINED THAT THISDEVELOPMENT WILL HAVE NO SIGNIFICANT IMPACT ON THE FLOW OF BB-9 WHETHER DETENTION ISPROVIDED OR NOT.2.A WAIVER OF A REQUIREMENT FOR DETENTION IS REQUESTED WITH THE APPROVAL OF THIS PRELIMINARYDRAINAGE PLAN.
