Sabre would like to request the Specific Use Permit (Case No.
ZA19-0030) be valid for a period of three (3) years from the
date of approval by City Council instead of the standard one
(1) year term stated in Section 45.11 of the Southlake Zoning
Ordinance.

that the properties as described in the zoning case can continue to develop under
Ordinance 480-313 incorporating all uses, regulations, and vested rights in
Ordinance 480-313 will be amended to allow outdoor sales and services with the
approval of a specific use permit subject to the requirements of Section 45.11 of
the Southlake Zoning Ordinance, as amended; and the application of this provision
will be limited to Lot 1R2, Block 1, Sabre Group Campus Addition.
