the Special Warranty Deeds recorded in Instrument Numbers D219014701 and D219014831, Official Public Records of Tarrant County,
Texas, (O.P.R.T.C.T.) and being the remaining portion of Lot A, Block A of Briarwood Estates Phase I, an addition to the City of Southlake
according to the plat thereof recorded in Volume 388-139, Page 7, Plat Records of Tarrant County, Texas and all of Lot 2 of Kimball Park, an
addition to the City of Southlake according to the plat thereof recorded in Instrument Number D2160464933, O.P.R.T.C.T., and being more
particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a 1/2" iron rod with cap stamped “JPH” found for the southwest corner of said Lot A, Block A at the point of intersection of the
