FORUM SUMMARY:
Property Situation:
The property is located on the west side of W. Kirkwood Boulevard, approximately 1,200 feet east
of the intersection of W. SH 114.
Development Details:
The applicant is requesting a Zoning Change & Concept Plan and a Specific Use Permit to allow
outdoor sales and services as an allowable use and as a permitted use for the implementation of
a Booster fueling program at the Sabre Campus. No physical changes are proposed to the
existing site.
