1. Call to Order: Video Introduction of SPIN Program by Southlake Mayor Laura Hill
2. SPIN2019-23 — An applicant is proposing a zoning change to revise the allowable uses to
include `Barber and Beauty Shops" at Southlake Commons located at 171, 185, 201 & 260
W. Southlake Blvd. within SPIN Neighborhood #10.
3. SPIN2019-24 — An applicant is proposing a zoning change for a mixed-use redevelopment
of the property into office showroom and exotic/luxury auto storage (The WheelHouse)
located at 880 & 900 Davis Blvd. within SPIN Neighborhood #11.
4. SPIN2019-27 — An applicant is proposing a Specific Use Permit (SUP) for a commercial
school for fitness located at 1605 Hart St., Suite 100. within SPIN Neighborhood #8.
5. SPIN2019-28 — An applicant is proposing an approximately 10,000 square foot Pre -K
classroom addition to Rockenbaugh Elementary School located at 301 Byron Nelson Pkwy.
within SPIN Neighborhood #9.
6. SPIN2019-22 The City of Southlake is proposing amendments to the Landscape
Ordinance.
7. SPIN2019-25 — The City of Southlake is proposing amendments to the City of Southlake
Consolidated Future Land Use Plan for properties located at 1640 & 1660 W. Continental
Blvd., 925 N. Peytonville Ave., and 2311 & 2701 Lonesome Dove Ave.
8. SPIN2019-26 — The City of Southlake is proposing an amendment to the Zoning Ordinance
to amend provisions regarding appeals to the Board of Adjustment.
9. Adjourn.
