($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid by the City of Southlake, hereinafter
referenced "Grantee", whether one or more, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged,
have granted, sold and quitclaimed, and by these presents do grant, sell and convey unto Grantee, of the
County of Tarrant and State of Texas, the property described above.
TO HAVE AND HOLD the above described property and premises unto the said Grantee, Grantee's
heirs, administrators, executors, successors and/or assigns forever. This conveyance is made without
warranty, express or implied.
