BEGINNING at o 1/2 inch iron 'rod found of the northwest corner of said
"Fox" tract and the southwest corner of a tract of land conveyed to Lloyd
Edward Sherwood, Jr. and wife Dana A. Sherwood, according to the deed
recorded in Volume 11282, Page 2130, Deed Records of Tarrant County, Texas;
THENCE N 89'59'00" E, along the common tine of said tracts, 270.94 feet to
a 7/2 inch iron rod found at the northevst corner of said 'Fox' tract and
the southeast corner of said 'Sherwood' tract. said iron rod also being in

THENCE S 01'11'30" E, along the west right-of-way line of said Shady Lone,
