the proposal that the maximum size of the personal fitness training space would be
approximately 1,100 square feet and the maximum class size of 4 students and 2 staff for
a total of six.

willingness to narrow down allowed uses to “low volume” to accommodate parking, and to
provide City Council with an enhanced rendering for the ambulance pick-up area.
