Minimum of 12’-0” at the Shady Oaks Dr. exit.* 2. Driveway Ord. No. 634, as amended, does not permit commercial driveways on collector streets unless the lot has no other access. The applicant is requesting a variance to allow a right-out driveway on Shady Oaks Dr. * 3.
