Variance Requests
1. Driveway Ord. No. 634, as amended requires a stacking depth of 50’ for all driveways. The
applicant is requesting a variance to allow the following stacking depths:
Minimum of 25’-0” on the North Drive at S.H. 114.
Minimum of 25’-0” on the South Drive at S.H. 114.
Minimum of 12’-0” at the Shady Oaks Dr. exit.*
2. Driveway Ord. No. 634, as amended, does not permit commercial driveways on collector
streets unless the lot has no other access. The applicant is requesting a variance to allow a
right-out driveway on Shady Oaks Dr. *
3. Subdivision Ord. 483, as amended, requires an 8’ multi -use trail per the Master Pathways
Plan be installed along Shady Oaks Dr. The applicant is requesting a variance to allow a 5’
sidewalk along Shady Oaks Dr.*
