Staff opened for questions.

Applicant, Joshua Robertson, 15222 King Road #901, Frisco, Texas, came forward to
answer questions.
A motion was made to approve Item 5, subject to the Staff Report dated May 17, 2019 and
granting the variance requested for the lesser of 1-year or the issuance of the last building
permit.
