FORUM SUMMARY:
Property Situation: The property is located at the 930 E. Highland Street, just east of the
Harbor Chase facility. The nearest cross streets are SH 114 and E. Highland Street
Details: The applicant is proposing a Senior Living development consisting of 58 age-restricted
cottages located on approximately 12.77 acres. The cottages will consist of 2-bedroom, 2-bath,
2-car, single-story dwelling units, with one- and two-dwelling units per structure. The cottages
would be located at 930 East Highland Drive, adjacent to the Harbor Chase facility.

Questions and Concerns:
1. Is there a monthly assessment? There is no HOA.
2. Do people won the property? No, the homes are leased- month to month.
3. Is there a recreation center? Yes, there is a clubhouse. We are working with
Harborchase for shared facilities.
4. Does Harborchase have an investment in this development? No.
5. Will there be any trails in the floodplain on the property and will you have access to the
trails in Carillon? Yes, sidewalks along E. Kirkwood Blvd. will connect to Carillon.
6. Do you need a down payment for the lease? No, only a security deposit.
7. Are there any restrictions on dog sizes? No.
