FORUM SUMMARY: Property Situation: The property is located at the 1500 N. Kimball Avenue, at the southwest corner of the intersection of E. Dove Road and N. Kimball Avenue. Details: The applicant is seeking a rezoning request for the property from “C-1” Neighborhood Commercial District to “S-P-1” Detailed Site Plan District with “C-1” Neighborhood Commercial District uses and to allow a personal training facility as a use. The lease space is approximately 1,100 square feet in the retail center known as Cate's Landing, located at 1500 North Kimball Avenue. The applicant's business is The Exercise Coach, a franchise that provides personally instructed, high intensity, short duration, wellness training featuring Exerbotics, the world's leading strength and conditioning technology. Training sessions are done by appointment only. • Hours: M-Th: 6 am – 8 pm; F: 6 am – 6 pm; Sat: 7 am – 1 pm; Closed Sun. • Client to trainer: 1:1 and some 1:2 • 3-6 clients training at one time • 39 parking spaces Presentation: Questions and Concerns: 1.
