ANNUAL REPORT City Librarian Pfledderer went over the Library's annual report. This report is submitted to the Texas State Library as support for the Library's annual accreditation. The total overall operating revenue from the Library was a little over $763,500 for 2018. Circulation was up overall 5% for 2018, with a slight decrease in print material circulation and a dramatic increase in digital circulation. The increase is related to the Interlocal Agreement with 20 other libraries for Cloud Library and the growth in available materials from 2,000 items to over 100,000 items. Programs were down related to additional voting activity and the lack of available space for programming. B.
